The Grand Ducal Police have reported that three people were arrested in Ettelbruck in the early hours of Friday 21 August 2026.
According to the police, a burglary at an unoccupied house in Ettelbruck was reported to them around 01:00 on Friday morning.
Upon arrival, police officers observed lights on inside the house. They apprehended two men behind the house as they attempted to flee. A third person was also apprehended a short time later.
All three were then taken to the police station for further processing.
On the orders of the public prosecutor's office, the three suspects were arrested and brought before a magistrate.
