The Automobile Club Luxembourg (ACL) has introduced a number of new vehicles to meet the needs of all their customers; these reduced mobility vehicles will be available in the case that a replacement car is necessary or they can be rented for a customers individual needs.
The ACL has expanded their range of vehicles available by acquiring two Volkswagen Caddy Maxis. These new vehicles have 2.O diesel engines and are equipped with electronic steering wheels with retractable service break, a boarding aid and a rear access ramp for wheelchairs.
Rétromobile, a specialist company in adapting vehicles for handicapped and reduced mobility drivers, helped the ACL with their knowledge and expertise and is responsible for the vehicle modifications. Both vehicles are equipped with five seats as well as space for a wheelchair.
