To celebrate its third anniversary, FLEX Carsharing, a carsharing solution by CFL in Luxembourg, has put fifteen new red Mini Cooper SEs (Mini Electric) into service.
The Minis are equipped with a zero-emission electric motor, meaning that a quarter of the Flex fleet is now 100% electric.
The Minis can be reserved at the Luxembourg-Gare, Kirchberg Parking Europe, Esch-sur-Alzette, Hesperange, Bertrange, Campus Contern, Wasserbillig and Belval stations. In total, FLEX is available at over 45 stations and currently manages a fleet of around 100 vehicles, including vans.
Looking to the future, Jürgen Berg, Managing Director of CFL Mobility, explained: “2021 will be a very exciting year for both our team and our customers. The new Mini SEs are just the start. In the coming months, the other 1st generation vehicles will also be renewed. In addition, we have planned the launch of new software, which will allow us to adapt even better to various demands".
