The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) has reported on several incidents that occurred across Luxembourg on Tuesday 8 Septemebr 2026.
At 17:55, emergency services responded to a cycling accident on the CR162 between Ellange and Filsdorf. One person was injured. Firefighters from Mondorf and an ambulance from Bettembourg attended the scene.
Later, at 21:26, a car and a motorcycle were involved in a collision on Boulevard Aloyse Meyer in Esch-sur-Alzette. One person was injured, with firefighters and an ambulance from Esch-sur-Alzette responding to the incident.
At 21:50, firefighters responded to a vegetation fire on Route de Longwy in Pétange. Fire and rescue teams from Pétange and Sanem-Differdange attended the scene, alongside an ambulance from Pétange. No injuries were reported.
Shortly afterwards, at 22:04, two cars collided on Boulevard Nelson Mandela in Luxembourg-Hamm. Three people were injured. Firefighters and two ambulances from Luxembourg attended the scene.
