Summer is definitely coming. This week, the "bike counter", installed on the Viaduc in the City of Luxembourg recorded its millionth passing cyclist since it was commissioned in 2011, as the warming weather saw the number of passing cyclists in April almost double since February. 

So far this year, 58,218 passages of bicycles have been counted at this spot, while the device installed at the entrance to the municipal park at the Schuman roundabout recorded 43,141 and at Pescatore Park, 13,719.
