Luxembourg's Artemysia Theatre has announced two end-of-season productions in celebration of its “seven years of creative growth”.

The performance of English-language production Animals: The nature of the beasts will take place at 19:00 on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 June 2026, at the Centre Culturel de Hollerich (34 Rue Emile Lavandier, L-1924 Luxembourg-Hollerich).

Directed by Raffaella D'Angelo, the performance marks the culmination of this season’s theatre acting course at the Artemysia Theatre.

Eighteen actors will take to the stage for what the organisers describe as “a visceral, multilingual performance exploring the raw boundary between human instinct and poetry” and “a captivating experience reflecting the multicultural identity of Luxembourg”.

Tickets are priced at €10. Reservations can be made via tel: 661-448-824 or via email: teatro.artemisia@gmail.com.

Additionally, two performances of non-verbal production The Mask that Unmasks will take place at 20:00 on Saturday 13 and at 18:00 on Sunday 14 June 2026, also at the Centre Culturel de Hollerich.

Directed by Ashton Laffineur, The Mask that Unmasks will feature Artemysia Theatre students, and is based on the teachings of Jacques Lecoq, blending performance with “a theatrical laboratory, where the mask covers the face only to reveal the body’s truth”. With a focus on gaze and movement, students will perform classroom exercises to showcase their artistic journey.

Tickets are priced at €10. Reservations can be made via tel: 661-448-824 or via email: teatro.artemisia@gmail.com.
