On Saturday, local author Viviana Agostini launched her new enlightening poetry book “The True Sense of Life” at a book-reading at Chapter1 bookstore in Luxembourg-Belair.

In the book of petry, Agostini pens an inspiring collection of poetry meant for individuals who have felt like giving up on life. This book does not only uplift readers in times of life’s turmoil, it also brings them to the faith, hope and prosperity of looking with different eyes at a new life. Readers who need a dose of inspiration can find it behind Agostini’s beautiful, heartrending poems about family and life as a whole in “The True Sense of Life.”

On Saturday, Viviana Agostini explained she wrote poems alongside stories, showing the balance, both physical and psychological. It addresses the balance in relationships, both regarding children and adults. She said that she works with children and this book should be interesting to teenagers who are looking for the true sense of life.

It also deals with relationships, falling in love, negative thoughts, betrayal and letting go. Many young people want to become popular and fit in with everyone else; and most find - through experience - that this is not necessarily the best approach and make conscious decisions to change their own lives, for the better.

The True Sense of Life is in English and is available at Chapter1 bookstore at 42 Rue Astrid in Luxembourg-Belair.
