French jazz and improvised music performer Eve Risser will be bringing latest creation, the White Desert Orchestra, to light at Opderschmelz on Tuesday 22 March 2016.
A multi-instrumentalist, Eve Risser has emerged into the European creative scenes in recent years through complex musical textures which draw her audiences into a physical rather than intellectual listening. Her multi-faceted musical talents have attributed Risser an "arsenal of techniques and tools that transform her instrument into a kaleidscopic sound machine, producing unexpected tones and timbres", according to American music magazine Down Beat.
Now the composer and arranger will be performing with the White Desert Orchestra at 20:00 at the Grand Auditorium of Opderschmelz, CR184, Dudelange, Luxembourg.
