On Friday 19 December 2025, the LCGB and OGBL trade unions announced the signing of a new collective agreement at ArcelorMittal Centre Logistique Européen (AMCLE).

According to the unions, the new collective agreement was signed on Thursday 11 December 2025 and will run for a period of three years. It applies to around 120 employees of AMCLE and was concluded in a challenging context for the European steel industry, which is also affecting the company’s activities. The LCGB and OGBL said management responded positively to their demands and described the negotiations as constructive.

The new collective agreement introduces several measures aimed at improving employees’ purchasing power and professional recognition, including:

• improved conditions relating to meal vouchers;
• the introduction of a new salary scale recognising employees’ skills;
• the continuation of benefits provided under the previous collective agreement.

The LCGB and OGBL said they “welcome the outcome of these negotiations, which demonstrate a shared commitment to strengthening working conditions within AMCLE and ensuring fair wage development."

They added that the agreement is the result of constructive social dialogue, delivering meaningful progress for employees while taking into account the company’s objectives, challenges and future development opportunities.
