The LCGB trade union has announced that it signed the renewal of the collective agreement for employees of Indigo Park Luxembourg SA on Wednesday 16 February 2022.
According to the LCGB, the renewal of this agreement followed "intense and difficult" negotiations with the company's management.
This renewal extends the collective agreement as well as all existing advantages and benefits until 31 December 2024 and brings improvements in particular concerning salary conditions through an annual bonus and the improvement of the balance between private and professional life by increasing the number of days of annual leave.
The LCGB welcomed this agreement during what it described as a "still very tense health and economic context".
