On Thursday 12 March 2020, HR One will organise its first thematic breakfast of the year at IKKI in Luxembourg-Clausen, from 08:30 to 11:30.

Dozens of local HR experts will gather on this occasion to discuss the topic of "2020 Workplace" and answer the following question: "What are today's employees' expectations?"

Salary and benefits, pleasant work atmosphere, career development opportunities, flexible working schedules and training propositions are some of the key elements for attracting, recruiting and retaining talents in today's environment. Indeed, companies are witnessing a shift in employees' behaviour and mindset which is transforming the world we live and work in.

In such a context, what are the new strategies used by companies to attract, recruit and retain employees? How can HR managers improve their compensation and benefit policies and strategies? How can they stand out from the market? How can they enter a cost conscious logic? What is the new role of a Compensation and Benefits Manager?

The HR One Breakfast organisers have invited the following HR experts to answer these questions, among others: Anastasia Petelina (Senior Account Manager, Korn Ferry), Ralph Leyssens (Senior Client Partner, Korn Ferry), Stéphane Leydet (Head of HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Pictet & Cie (Europe) SA), Rita Racz (HR Manager, Docler Holding Luxembourg), Hélène Georges (Senior HR Specialist, Docler Holding Luxembourg), Sebastien Jungen (Managing Director, Bamolux), Georges Blom (Consultant Employee Benefits, AXA Luxembourg) and Coralie Michaux (Senior HR Advisor, Temenos).
