Secialist recruitment Hays is celebrating the 10th anniversary of the opening of its Luxembourg office in June 2005 to meet the demands and needs of its customers in the financial services sector.
Hays Luxembourg has since continued to grow and to develop, with a diversification of its activities since 2011 into niche markets such as construction, Sales & Marketing, IT and Corporate Finance. Until 2013 the office focused on permanent recruitment mandates, but since has expanded its activities to IT Contracting, interim management in the Finance sector and Temporary Work in 2014. Like other Group offices, Hays Luxembourg has also developed its service offering to provide its partners with HR consulting, RPO (recruitment process outsourcing) and training consulting.
With over 10 years of presence in the Grand Duchy, Hays has for more than four years achieved growth above 20% of its revenue each quarter. To accompany this strong growth, the office went from 3-15 employees, and aims to achieve 30 employees in the next three years by strengthening its presence in key sectors of IT, financial services and construction.
Maxime Alexandre, Director of Hays Luxembourg, explained "all the Hays Luxembourg team is really proud to celebrate this anniversary and proud of the progress made since the office opened 10 years ago. Our growth strategy has paid off: we continue to gain market share, and intend to strengthen our presence by focusing on new areas.
