On Monday 1 December 2025, RMT Labs, a Luxembourg-based artificial intelligence (AI) recruiting solutions company, officially launched TalentQuanta, a boutique recruitment consultancy specialising in the innovation economy.
According to RMT Labs, TalentQuanta is designed to deliver full-service, high-precision recruitment for ICT driven sectors including HealthTech, BioTech, FinTech, SpaceTech, manufacturing and automation, and rapidly growing startups and scale-ups.
