FORM Life, a fund promoter team constituted of Swiss and American individuals around team leaders Markus Okumus and Alex Boches, recently successfully achieved the first closing of their new investment vehicle Form Life Fund SCSp in Luxembourg.
The vehicle aims to invest primarily in innovative companies with an activity in the healthcare, wellness, life sciences or medical industry, with targets located in different geographical regions. The fund has been set up under the form of a sub-threshold investment vehicle.
International law firm CMS advised FORM Life on this first Luxembourg investment vehicle, in respect of the fund structuring and regulatory aspects. The CMS Luxembourg team involved in this matter encompassed Aurélien Hollard (Partner), Gilles Bropsom (Counsel), Stéphane Boutoundou (Senior Associate) and Claire Koob (Managing Associate).
