Kollibri asbl has announced the 2025 edition of the Koll an Aktioun festival, which is taking place on the site of the Slate Museum (Musée de l'Ardoise) in Haut-Martelange on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 June.

As the organisers explained, the Koll an Aktioun festival has been putting together a varied programme for family audiences and fans of culture in all its forms since 2014. Alongside a lineup of national and international music, the festival offers a variety of cultural activities such as workshops, street performances, a creators market and more. The festival also highlights the historic area of the Slate Museum.

Kollibri asbl has teamed up once again with the local authorities of Rambrouch and the Slate Museum to put together what is now the ninth edition of Koll an Aktioun.

The base cost for a daily ticket is €25 and the weekend ticket is €40. However, attendees may choose to contribute more if they can. The organisers (volunteers for a non-profit organisation) explained that putting together a festival involves "extensive work and resources", totalling around €40 per day. This covers fees for artists, children's workshops, logistics, facilities, stage and sound materials. They added that "rather difficult" weather conditions during the 2024 festival resulted in financial losses. Nevertheless, the organisers are "aiming to ensure the best Koll experience possible", noting that the public's contribution "helps bring the 2025 edition and many more future editions of Koll an Aktioun Festival to life".

This organisers will announce this year's lineup at the end of April 2025.
