Den Atelier has announced that American rock band Kings of Leon will be headlining the USINA22 festival at Neischmelz in Dudelange on Saturday 11 June 2022; doors open at 17:00.
The band’s open-air performance will take place on the grounds of the USINA22 / Neischmelz, the historic industrial site in the heart of Dudelange, which is being transformed into a haven of music, performance and cultural exchange for two days - all as part of the festivities of Esch2022 - European Capital of Culture.
Kings of Leon's latest album, When You See Yourself, has received rave reviews and topped several album charts worldwide, as well as becoming their sixth album in a row to enter the UK charts at number one. Other recent career highlights include headlining the world's biggest festivals, including Reading and Leeds in the United Kingdom, Lollapalooza's in Berlin (twice), Chicago, Sao Paulo and Santiago, as well as Coachella, Glastonbury, Roskilde and headlining Belgium's Rock Werchter.
Their work has received several awards, including two Brit Awards (Best International Group and Best International Album) and four Grammy Awards (among which Record of the Year 2010).
