To better serve and advise its customers, the energy supplier Enovos is continuing its expansion strategy by inaugurating a new "enoshop"; after the point of sale at the Belle-Etoile shopping centre and the one located on Bld Roosevelt in Luxembourg city centre, it is the turn of the Cactus shopping centre in Ingeldorf where its visitor welcome point has received a facelift and become "enoshop".
Flexible, interchangeable modules allow visitors to experience new Enovos products and services interactively around mobility solutions, energy efficiency, distributed generation and smart applications in the Nordstad.
Meanwhile, on-site experts will be happy to advise customers on the car & e-bike sharing service in Nordstad operated for many years by the subsidiary of Enovos, City Mov'.
Customers of Enovos and NordEnergie will find at the enoshop all the classic services of their former reception centre. In this context, energy advisors will continue to answer questions related to natural gas and electricity, be it moving formalities of tariff explanations or details on invoices.
The new enoshop is open Mondays to Thursdays from 09:00 to 20:00, on Fridays from 09:00 to 21:00, and on Saturdays from 09:00 to 18:00.
