The US Embassy in Luxembourg announced the opening of its 2024 grants programme on Tuesday 2 January 2024.
Organisations and individuals alike will be able to apply for funding of up to €15,000 per project. The annual grants programme seeks to promote mutual understanding and cultural ties between the United States and Luxembourg.
To qualify, projects must include an American cultural element or connection with American expert(s), organisation(s), or institution(s) that will promote increased understanding of US policy and perspectives. This year, projects in the following categories are eligible:
- Accelerating STEM and Climate Initiatives;
- Bolstering Security and Defence;
- Advancing Diversity and Inclusion;
- Remembering our Shared History;
- Engaging Students in English.
Statements of interest are accepted on a rolling basis until 5 May 2024, or as long as funds remain available. More information on the application process and requirements is available on the website of the US Embassy Luxembourg at: https://lu.usembassy.gov/grants-program/.
