On Thursday 10 February 2022, His Royal Highness the Grand Duke received in audience at the Grand Ducal Palace five new ambassadors to Luxembourg for the presentation of their credentials
The new ambassadors are as follows:
- His Excellency Mr Thomas Mark Barrett, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America;
- Her Excellency Ms Mekondjo Kaapanda-Girnus, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Namibia;
- His Excellency Mr Dato'Ahmad Rozian Abd. Ghani, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Malaysia;
- His Excellency Mr Margulan Baimukhan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- His Excellency Mr Vakhtang Makharoblishvili, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia.
