On Saturday 22 August 2015, Exhaus-Trier will be hosting a Street Food Market where members of the public will be invited to try a range of cuisines and regional delicacies.
Between 12:00 and 22:00 tomorrow, visitors will have the opportunity to wander among the hustle and bustle of modern food trucks and put up food stalls offering a variety of specialty dishes from around the world in a market concept that has travelled from Asia to Trier.
Stalls will offer information on ingredients and quality products, whilst visitors can mingle among each other to a background of relaxing music. Food will vary in type and origin, ranging from fancy burgers and Mexican burritos to fresh smoothies and cocktail concoctions.
Food stands will include Taste Brothers; Burritos Hermanos; De Bääker; Flying Falafel Fellows; Sansa Food Truck; Food Riders; Burrito Bande; Kombüse 191; Chibiya; Back to Smoke; Mondo del Café; Sonnenuhr; Kraftbräu; Pizza Guy; The Food Truck Company; and Happy Hotdog.
