The Optimists Cricket Club in Luxembourg have announced that former England and Yorkshire fast bowler Matthew Hoggard will be the guest speaker at the Optimists' awards dinner on Saturday 19 January 2019 at the Hotel Parc Belair in Luxembourg-ville.
