On the occasion of International Men's Day, celebrated annually on 19 November, the members of the Leaders of Tomorrow Forum (LTF) supported by Nobelux, the Nordic Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg, will organise a webinar together with Banque Havilland, the City of Luxembourg, the European Investment Bank (EIB), Elvinger Hoss Prussen and HSBC.

The webinar, entitled "Engaging men for a better gender balance in the workplace! What can we learn from the Nordic model?", will be held on Thursday 19 November 2020 from 18:00 to 19:30.

Carl Cederström, Associate Professor at Stockholm University, will present his report "State of Nordic Fathers". His speech will be followed by a discussion on how organisations can engage men in order to reach a better gender balance in the workplace.
