Utopia SA has reported a 21% increase in attendance at the 6th annual Movie Days which were held from Thursday 10 to Sunday 13 September 2015 inclusive.
Compared to the 19,000 who attended the 2014 edition, no less than 23,000 visited Utopolis-Belval, Utopolis-Kirchberg and Ciné Utopia over the four days this year.
Tickets to all screenings cost just €4 each, including all films on general release as well as no less than 12 avant-premiers.
The most popular film was the German production Fack Ju Göhte 2 which, in Germany alone, attracted 17.6 million viewers over the first week-end of its release.
