Rita's Fashion 4 Kids Donates Clothing to Children in Need

On Monday 31 October 2022, Alexandra Oxacelay, Director of Stëmm vun der Strooss, a local non-profit organisation which supports homeless people and vulnerable members of society, and her team met with Rita Kring, who runs Rita's Fashion 4 Kids, a shop specialising in children's fashion, in Machtum.

Aware that poverty is becoming an increasing problem in Luxembourg, Rita Kring decided to support a local non-profit with a clothing donation. She handed over a total of 26 boxes packed with second-hand clothes but also a large amount of new goods from previous collections to Alexandra Oxacelay.

Stëmm vun der Strooss will distribute the donated children's clothing in its respective "Kleederstuff" (second-hand clothes stores) in Luxembourg-Hollerich and Esch-sur-Alzette, as well as at the Kanner Stëmm. The latter aims to support children and families facing social issues.
