Girls in Tech (GIT) has announed that they are participating in a European event, Lady Pitch Night, organised by all GIT chapters across Europe, in Paris on 7 October 2015.
The Lady Pitch Night is the biggest pan-European competition for female-founded startups by Girls in Tech & Orange. 2015 marks the 5th edition of the event. Confirmed speakers include Clara Gaymard, President of RAISE (endowment fund); Hermione Way, Founder & CEO of Way Media; Mollie Spilman, Chief Revenue Officer, CRITEO.
Last year, Girls in Tech received applications from over 15 different countries, including France, the UK, Ireland, Luxemburg, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Turkey, Israel, Finland, Bulgaria, Latvia, Denmark, Estonia, Armenia and more.
10 finalists will be invited to Paris to pitch before an expert jury. The finalists will all walk away with tickets to Europe’s hottest tech conferences. Last year, those were including LeWeb (9-11 Dec.), The Summit (Dublin) and The Europas. A rare opportunity to discover the best female startups in Europe.
Girls in Tech Luxembourg is encouraging Luxembourgish female-founded startups to participate. Registration open until 31 July 2015.
