East-West United Bank (EWUB), a Luxembourg-bsed private bank, has announced that Sergey Pchelintsev will replace Svetlana Fedotova as CEO of EWUB as part of the bank's restructuring and business model transformation.
Sergey Pchelintsev holds over 20 years experience in major European and Russian banks and formerly held the position of Head of Global Markets of EWUB.
Pchelintsev will replace Fedotova in the capacity of CEO in the framework of the bank's management efforts to build a new team to focus on a strong capital base and a blend of experience and understanding of both Russian and European businesses and financial systems.
