Airliners Illustrated has published its Top 10 European Best Airlines and its its Top 10 America's Best Airlines, with Luxair topping to European rankings.
Airliners Illustrated was established in 2004 with the aim of creating and offering recognition, appreciation and retirement art gifts for civil aviation and airline professionals, as well as mementos and memorabilia for enthusiasts, collectors and museums. It is operated in London by Nick Knapp, professional airline profile artist and aviation enthusiast.
The rankings are created based on criteria including customer satisfaction (for the European rankings) as well as performance data (for the American rankings), including on-time performance, customer complaints, mishandled baggage and denied boardings.
