The Great Place to Work 2016 event for Luxembourg was held on Thursday evening at the Espace Namur in Luxembourg-Hamm, with xxxx being awarded the top place to work in Luxembourg for 2016.

The event commenced with a conference, entitled "Best Workplaces' Secrets", that attracted 150 attendees and included two speakers coming from two of the three companies ranked number one in the European Best Workplaces 2015 list: Bertrand Bailly from Davidson Consulting company, and Frank Abbenhuijs, HR Manager of the multinational NetApp.

The Awards commenced with a brief historical presentation of the awards which were founded in 1991, with the first in Luxembourg 2011, and an overview of the methodology and evaluation criteria applied. The survey questionnaire included employee evaluation as well as management practices, split into various categories: credibility, fairness, culture, pride, camaraderie. For this year there are new lists/awards for the first time, for companies with less than 50 employees.
