After a day of conference where international speakers from all over the world shared their experience and knowledge with a passionate audience, Great Place to Work® released its 13th annual 100 Best Workplaces in Europe.
Hosted for the first time in Luxembourg, the ceremony attracted more than 300 professionals at the Abbaye de Neumünster in Luxembourg-Grund.
Cygni at the top of Europe
The Swedish company ranks first on the 50 Best Small & Medium Workplace in Europe 2015 ranking. The IT company is followed by fellow Scandinavians Key Solutions and Vincit. Among the 50 Best Small & Medium Workplaces in Europe, 9 are located in Sweden and 7 in both Denmark and Ireland. The list recognises companies employing from 50 to 500 people.

The Best Large Workplace in Europe 2015 was awarded to French company Davidson which specialises in project management and expertise. Two Belgian companies follow, namely Torfs and Accent Jobs. The United Kingdom and Germany are well represented with respectively 6 and 5 companies ranked in the top companies list with 500+ employees. Europe’s 25 Best Multinational for 2015
The ceremony ended with NetApp, EMC and W.L. Gore & Associates being named the top three multinationals in Europe for the year 2015. Adecco, with offices in Luxembourg, is part of the 25 Best Multinational list for the second time in a row. Just like the two previous years, the United Kingdom is the country with the most companies represented. Overall, more than 2,300 companies participated in the national list studies in 19 European countries where Great Place to Work is represented. This ranking, along with the national ones, contributes to sharing of best practices all over Europe. In this respect, it benefits both the employees and employer.
