Sightseeing.lu, a tourism company in Luxembourg, has announced a growth of 10% compared to the same period last year, and a diversified offer with new initiatives for 2024.

Reservations for future arrivals are already surpassing the performance of the previous year, Sightseeing.lu noted. The company added it is popular among tourists from DACH countries and the Netherlands, and that it is also seeing growing demand from Chinese tourists. The introduction of direct flights played a key role in this increase, according to the company.

Sightseeing.lu added it has strengthened its strategic partnerships in establishments close to the main tourist locations such as hotels, campsites and the Luxembourg City Tourist Office (LCTO). Thanks to effective affiliate programmes, Sightseeing.lu is now more accessible and visible.

Among the company’s new offers, there will be smaller Hop On Hop Off buses available, designed to facilitate circulation on the city's small streets, guided tours, walking tours to explore every corner of Luxembourg-Ville, discoveries of Moselle wine estates, as well as adventures by electric bike or in all-terrain e-scooters.

Although Sightseeing.lu now exceeds pre-COVID results, the company concluded it is keen to emphasise its dependence on the vagaries of the weather, a variable inherent to the tourism industry.
