Vandalised Bee Hives;

The Grand Ducal Police have reported that a number of bee hives were vandalised between Thursday 14 May and Saturday 17 May in an forest area off the Rue des Champs in Bertrange.
A number of bee hives containing colonies of bees were deliberately destroyed. The person(s) concerned threw bricks as well as a heavy log onto the hives, which suffered considerably damaged in the incident.
The Grand Ducal Police have launched a Call for Witnesses: anyone with any useful information that may help to identify the perpetrator(s) is encouraged to contact the Porte de l'Ouest police station, tel: 244351-000 or email: police.portedelouest@police.etat.lu.
