On Wednesday, a 17 year-old motorcyclist lost his life in an accident in Ettelbruck.
Mid-afternoon on Wednesday, a man was cycling from Karelshaff towards Ettelbruck when he came across a motorcycle in a field, with a young motorcyclist lying nearby. The cyclist contacted the emergency services who arrived at the scene of the accident where the 17 year-old was pronounced dead.
The road was blocked for a while. The public prosecutor ordered a forensics examination of the scene of the accident and an investigation has commenced into establishing the cause.
