Yesterday evening marked the annual Summer Wine Tasting at the residence of the Ambassador of Portugal in Luxembourg.
On the evening of Thursday 6 July 2017, Bexeb and the Embassy of Portugal in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg held their annual Summer Wine Tasting at the residence of the Portuguese ambassador Carlos José de Pinho e Melo Pereira Marques.
The event, which attracted members of the Portuguese, Luxembourgish and other resident communities, featured a sensational tasting of some of Portugal’s finest and most exclusive wines.
Guests were served glasses of several Quinta do Noval and Quinta da Sequeira wines in the garden of the ambassador’s residence in the presence of Ambassador Carlos José de Pinho e Melo Pereira Marques himself. The wine was complemented by a selection of Portuguese cheeses.
Those who wanted to savour the taste further had the opportunity to order cases of their favourite bottles.
