Two people have died as a result of an accident on a farm in Koerich on Friday.
The accident happened at around 18:30 when two people were buried under straw bales weighing circa 500kg. Despite a rescue operations being implemented quickly, one of the two people was dead when located, with the second victim taken to hospital for treatment.
During the evening, however, she also died from her injuries sustained in the accident.
The public prosecutor has instructed the police to launch an investigation into the circumstances leadign to the accident.
