Photos have emerged of a suspect wanted in connection with an attempted robbery that took place in a pharmacy on 4 February 2016.
The incident occurred in the 'Pharmacie du Cèdre' located along Rue de Beggen in Luxembourg City. A masked man entered the pharmacy shortly before 16:00, pulling out a gun and demanding that the pharmacist present hand over the cash in the register. When the latter refused, the robber fled in an unknown direction, although not before being caught on the pharmacy's security cameras.
An initial investigation into the identity of the suspect proved unsuccessful, but the police have now released video stills from the day of the attempted robbery in the hope that members of the public can help determine who the perpetrator is.
