
Taking a look at how organisations can better manage change, Luxembourg’s Project Management Institute (PMI) is hosting an evening seminar led by speakers from the European Parliament, the government of Luxembourg and international Tyre company, Goodyear.
Ludovic Delépine is head of unit for the ICT Conception and Development Unit at the European Parliament where he the Interinstitutional working group on Information Systems and Project Management Office. Ludwig Balmer is currently head of the IT division of the Administration du personnel de l’Etat (APE) for the Ministry
of Public and Administrative Reform. He’s responsible for IT, the HR Business Intelligence Competency Centre and the Business Process Management Office.
Anna Ciszek has been the change management leader with Goodyear since 2015. In addition to her strategy-related activities, she advises project managers, facilitates change leadership workshops and teaches a range of change management training courses across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Participation is free of charge, however the number of seats is limited and online pre-registration is required. Attendees can register online before 15:00 on 6 March. An e-ticket will be mailed for printing, and will be required for validation of identity on entry.
PMI members, whether of the Luxembourg Chapter or elsewhere, can obtain PDUs for attendance.
