New Collective Labour Agreement Signed for Mondo Luxembourg's Employees

On Thursday 10 April 2025, the LCGB trade union and the management of Mondo Luxembourg SA signed the renewed collective labour agreement for the company's staff.

As reported by the LCGB, the agreement covers just under 100 employees and is valid for a period of three years, from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2027 inclusive. 

The agreement includes the following improvements and new measures:  

- a flat-rate wage increase of €0.30 per hour over the duration of the agreement;  

- an updated pay scale reflecting the rise in the social minimum wage as of 1 January 2025;  

- a reclassification of certain roles from Group 3 to Group 4;  

- an improved salary increase when moving from Group 5 to Group 6;  

- the introduction of a "Sympass" benefits card for all staff;  

- an enhanced performance bonus, especially regarding attendance criteria.

Mondo Luxembourg SA, located in Foetz, specialises in the production of rubber flooring.
