The Luxembourg-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce (LUCC) will host the second instalment of its “Securing Tomorrow: Defence, Cybersecurity and Space” forum on Tuesday 18 November 2025, at Arendt House in Luxembourg-Kirchberg, from 16:00 to 21:15.
LUCC has stated that attendees will explore the evolving landscape of hybrid threats, the implications of digital sovereignty and the value of public–private partnerships alongside dual-use technologies.
According to the organisers, the event will feature 20+ guest speakers and will bring together thought leaders from Luxembourg, Ukraine and across Europe to foster actionable collaboration at the intersection of security, finance, and technology.
The programme will be structured around two panel discussions:
- Panel 1: Financing Resilience - Defence Innovation through an ESG Lens
- Panel 2: Space Data & Remote Sensing Technologies - Resilience, Defence & Dual Purpose
The event will conclude with a networking cocktail.
