The Ireland Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce (ILCC) will be holding an evening seminar on the "Business of Restaurants" on Wednesday 18 September 2019 from 18:30 at the Hotel Parc Belair (111 Avenue du 10 Septembre, Luxembourg-Belair).

The seminar will see three experts bring different perspectives on what it takes now and in the future to make a business successful in the restaurant industry: 

  • Christopher Rahme, who owns five restaurants in Luxembourg, including The Avenue in Kirchberg and The Skybar on the roof terrace of the Concorde Shopping Centre;
  • Nicolas Graas, who owns the traiteur and restaurant Comptoir Loriers on Boulevard Royal Luxembourg;
  • Karl O'Donovan, Head of RD&A at Kerry Luxembourg - the Kerry Group Kerry supplies over 15,000 foods, food ingredients and flavour products to customers in more than 140 countries worldwide.

Together these experts will discuss the behind the scenes of running a successful restaurant, traiteur and/or food delivery service.
