Details: The 10th annual Night of Lanterns (Nuit des Lampions) is held in Wiltz on Saturday 17 September 2016 (to be confirmed).
The first such event took place in 2007, in the context of "Luxembourg - capital of European culture" and attracts 10,000 people annually.
The city garden and the neighbouring streets are lit by lanterns and light installations for an evening to shine in a new light. After the huge success of the 2014 edition, the organisers are providing an original cultural programme for all ages.
