Communication is one of the most important and impressive skills in business life. Learning to consciously distinguish between the actual and the representational helps clear up one’s understanding. Use your senses to get feedback for how you are doing. Stay in the present moment and look at what is actually going on around you, not what you’d like to happen (or imagine).
