During two consecutive nights, the regional cultural center Opderschmelz- will present six authors-singers representative of the current scene of international singers / songwriters. Putting music and lyrics on an equal foot, the six exceptional artists have chosen to present their songs in a purified form.
Niels Frevert
"Zettel auf dem Boden" is Niels Freverts new album. He refers here to those flying notes people leave everywhere in their apartments, on the floor, on the table or the pillow. Behind each note is a story, and therefore Niels Freverts new songs tell a story and convey a message to the listener. This time the view of the songwriter goes out into the world and the everyday lives of people. Typical of Niels Frevert is that on the new album music, lyrics and vocals are so masterfully woven together that the music sounds like poetry.

Monophona
Is a duo formed by DJ Chook and Claudine Muno. Both have been on a very interesting journey, one as a producer and drum & bass DJ and the other as a songwriter and performer in the group, Claudine Muno & the Luna boots'. Both musicians wanted to create a down-tempo music, which can be both listened to alone in ones room or within a group.
