Twelve angry Men is a play by Reginald Rose written in 1954 and made into a successful film in 1957. It concerns the deliberations of a jury in a murder trial which starts off with just one who believes the defendant is not guilty and who gradually sows a seed of reasonable doubt in the others' minds.
