Details: Tower Training are organising an executive breakfast seminar on Tuesday 18 September at the Cercle Munster which is being co-hosted by John Frank of Tower Training and Christopher Heath of Euromondiale in the UK.
The event carries on previous discussions concerning the millennial generation whose members are already grabbing key positions in companies here and around the globe!
The event is the sixth in a series of presentations aimed at the ‘millennial’ generation born after 1980. Our theme for this session is Talent Development in a Multi-Generational Workforce. All organisations have to ensure that they get the best out of their staff for current challenges and also to make sure they have the right talents in place for the future. As is often noted, there are four distinct generations working in organisations today. Each generation has different attitudes and aspirations and brings different sets of talents to the organisation. This seminar discusses the impact of these differences on recruitment policy, training, mentoring and appraisal systems in the changing context of business over the next decade.
Chris Heath is an expert on cross-cultural awareness and internal communication issues in the workplace and is especially interested in how the young members of the Gen Y workforce interact with the older generations that preceded them. Chris will present "Capturing Gen Y Talent in the Workplace”, Advice for the Next Generation Leaders.
