Details: On Wednesday 22 April at 19:30, Frazer Alexander will deliver a seminar on preparign for the ING Marathon in Luxembourg, being held at the Bamhaus (Rue de la Cimenterie, L-1337 Luxembourg-Dommeldange).
razer will share his experiences and knowledge of marathon running to fellow runners. His credentials include the first Luxembourg National and amateur at the technically difficult ING europe-marathon Luxembourg. He has recruited long distance runners Kayser Simone and Justin Gloden to co-present.
The seminar will focus on the marathon course specific to Luxembourg city and preparation for the big day. The presentation will be in Luxembourgish and English, with the Q&A session in Lux, Eng, Ger and Fr.
Proceeds of the seminar will go to proceeds going to the Plooschter Projet which promotes stem cell research for leukemia and FNEL Rovers helping IOP Tanzania.
