Details: The 2014 charity Duck Race takes place on Saturday 26 April 2014 at 15:00 in the Pétrusse valley in Luxembourg city.
Around 12,000 yellow ducks are released into the stream for the race, with the winning duck earning its sponsor a new Citroën DS3 car. Ducks cost €5 each to sponsor, with all money raised going to charity, with three Luxembourg organisations benefiting.
The Duck Race is organised by the Luxembourg Round Table. The fundraising events starts at 12:00 with games and attractions for children, including face-painting.
