Details: United Business Institutes - Luxembourg has announced an upcoming TEDx event in Luxembourg that will take place at the Chateau de Wiltz (UBI Campus) on 26 April 2014 from 12:00 - 18:00 entitled "TEDxUBIWiltz: Is Perception Everything?".
The concept of TED is world-famous with many of the most influential people on earth having stood on TED and TEDx stages. TED is a non-profit devoted to Ideas Worth Spreading. It started out in 1984 as a conference bringing together people from three worlds: Technology, Entertainment, Design. Since then its scope has become ever broader. In the spirit of "ideas worth spreading", TED has created a programme called TEDx. The independent TEDx event: TEDxUBIWiltz is operated under license from TED.
In this TEDxUBIWiltz event, the organisers aim to allow the audience to make up their mind, through a series of talks about many different subjects: “Is perception everything?”
The TEDxUBIWiltz committee has selected great speakers from around the world with extremely varied and interesting subjects, from lobbying, to Aikido, to venture capital, to hand-writing analysis! This will be an incredibly interesting and diverse event.
UBI-Luxembourg is an accredited institute of Higher Education which offers a Bachelor Degree entirely taught in English and validated by Middlesex University London. It is a practical programme, taught by experienced professionals and supported by yearly internships. The programme starts in September, 2014 and inscriptions are happening currently. Candidates who wish to apply must have a secondary school diploma and a sufficient level of English.
