Details: STEP Benelux has announced a Lunch & Learn meeting to be held at Cercle Munster in Luxembourg-Grund on Wednesday 20 January 2014 from 12:00.
The event will include a presentation by Dr Daniel Lehmann, Partner at Baker Tilly Roelfs in Munich. The presentation will have a particular focus on forced heirship rights and foreign property involving succession cases in Luxembourg & Germany.
Dr Daniel LEHMANN TEP is an attorney at law and partner at Baker Tilly Roelfs, formerly RölfsPartner. His practice covers succession, tax and estate planning and corporate and trust law. Daniel has a particular interest in cross-border succession and developments in EU regulation. He is a founding member of the STEP Germany branch, which he chaired between 2006 and 2012. He is a member of the STEP Council and is a contributor to several books on estate planning, life insurances and forced heirship. Daniel frequently writes and lectures on national and cross-border succession and tax planning.
