Details: The Riesling Open is held between Friday 13 - Sunday 15 September 2013. Centered in four villages along the Moselle river valley (Ehnen, Wormeldange, Ahn and Machtum), local wineries throw open their doors to celebrate the harvest with opportunities to sample their products.
There will be a shuttle bus to get between each village which runs every half an hour.
Programme
Friday 13 September @ 20:00 at Centre Culturel in Wormeldange: Enthronement of the Queen of Riesling 2013, followed by Dance Ball with Sandy & Rol orchestra
Saturday 14 September @ 15:00 at Centre Culturel in Machtum: Official Opening, including visit of different wineries of Machtum and tastings of wines and crémants
Sunday 15 September @ 11:00 at participating villages: tastings of wines and crémants of participatign wineries
Free bus and boat shuttle service every 30 minutes (on new MS Princesse Marie-Astrid)
