The American Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg (AMCHAM) has announced that the ABAL luncheon, previously scheduled for 27 January, has been postponed until Monday 24 March 2025.

The luncheon will take place at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Luxembourg-Dommeldange. Luncheon time of 12:00 has to be confirmed.

Entitled "A Cultural Guide to Management, Understanding Employee Needs and Expectations across the globe", the event will see Marc Jacobs, Managing Partner of the Culture Factor Belux, present the most salient findings of his organisation's 2024 global report and discuss their impact for business.

About the topic: Every year The Culture Factor Group collects data from some 200,000 individuals across the globe. The annual global report looks at the most prevailing trends when it comes to the topic culture, using data analytics to understand behavioural trends and how these trends impact strategic decision making.
